Period!! Who says goals can't become reality?
I've been holding this one in for a minute, but I can finally post to congratulate my sister friend and client Shan! What an honor to witness as she closed on her very first investment duplex property, affectionately known as the "The Twins"!🏡🏡🔑
This journey wasn't without obstacles. There were moments when she wasn't sure this goal would happen, moments that could have easily caused her to give up. But once she locked in, stayed focused, and committed to the vision she had for herself and her family, there was no stopping her.
What makes this moment even more special is that Shan and I have known each other since we were kids. To witness her growth, determination, and accomplishment firsthand has been such a blessing.
She tried her best to be a "G" through the entire process, but after signing that final dotted line, the emotions took over. And honestly, that's what happens when years of dreaming, planning, and persevering finally become reality. The tears weren't sadness—they were gratitude, pride, and the realization that she did it.
Congratulations again, Shan, on "The Twins"! This beautiful duplex, located in a newly revitalized gated community, is fully furnished, beautifully decorated, and designed to sleep up to six guests in each unit. They will be available to rent soon, and I have no doubt this is just the beginning of an amazing investment journey.
Thank you for trusting me to be a part of such a monumental milestone. Watching you build generational wealth for your family was truly a blessing.
