I couldn’t be happier for my amazing client who recently relocated from Colorado and purchased this beautiful home!

While he’s owned homes before, navigating the Texas real estate process is a whole new ballgame, and I’m so thankful I was able to guide him through it every step of the way. 🙌

I couldn’t be more excited for this sweet family who recently made the move from Illinois, selling their farm to be closer to family and provide a better environment for one of their child’s allergies.

It’s always such a pleasure working with families like this, especially when one of the sellers is a realtor (in Illinois!) Plus, we went into a bidding war for this beauty, but we negotiated a WIN and even got the seller to contribute to closing costs! 🙌💰
