Goal for this year! Post more consistently on my Real Estate page 🤣 I’m the worst and probably need to hire a marketing person because between real estate, everyday life, and being a wife/mom, I have not prioritized this page enough! This is my daughters nursery in our old house, we loved it. ♥️

I’m still very much actively working in real estate and have had many listings (including a recent neighborhood record sale!), and worked with many buyers since I last posted. Happy Monday! I had the best weekend with family and a few clients - the market is great right now! Not only for sellers! I’ve had great success getting my buyer clients into their beautiful homes lately as well, and the nice thing is that rates are still incredibly low. If you’re on the fence about buying property, DO IT! And an added bonus is that the weather has been amazing lately so you won’t break a sweat while we’re on showings 🤣💗

In this crazy market I was able to help my buyer go under contract for over $10k less than the list price on an adorable and spacious corner lot townhome in West Memorial. It has a fun low-maintenance back porch and I have no doubt it will be a fantastic investment! This was my 4th transaction with this client and I love nothing more than being trusted to work with people again and again.
