After a little decluttering, we arranged the furniture and brought in in some textiles and greenery to add interest and charm.

💗We love staging with faux plants 🪴 when real ones aren’t available! It brings the outside in and creates a restful, soothing environment.

Once the to-do list is completed, we come back to put the finishing touches ensuring you have the best photos possible. We use only the homeowner’s items. Online attention is crucial!!

For maximum impact and to really STAND OUT in the market, we come back after the “ homework” is completed and arrange furniture, artwork and decor to complete the transformation, turning their house into someone’s dream home. We use as much of the homeowners items as possible, but will bring our own inventory to further enhance the property, showcasing it to its fullest potential.

Here’s an 👏amazing👏 before and after on a home we recently staged.

Color is great, but when selling a home, we will always recommend a light bright neutral. This can make the space look larger, updated and make it easier for buyers to see themselves living there. When it’s perceived as “move-in ready” it reduces possible reasons buyers might make lower offers…It is really ✨magic✨ in a can!
