I'M SO EXCITED !!

I was able to help this homeowner by purchasing her home yesterday. Her father lived in this house alone (90 something yrs old), the daughter needed to move him somewhere so he could receive daily assistance.

The house is full her father's things....furniture, clothes, etc...You name it, it's in that house! You cannot even see the garage floor because of all the STUFF stacked up!

We agreed to take care of this HUGE headache of having to move everything out of the house. She grabbed a few personal and sentimental items, AND WE TOOK CARE OF THE REST.

We will be starting the rehab on the property today. New roof, new windows, new paint, new flooring, new countertops, new doors, etc...and ultimately, owner occupied!
