Here's a property that gave us a roller coaster of emotions!

It also reminded us of how real estate can be from time to time.

We acquired this property about 3 months ago.

At first sight, we figured it was going to be an easy wholesale, since we had it contracted at an incredible low price.

That was definitely not the case. The county the property lies in has a snail ๐ŸŒ like processes that delayed our process extensively. (It took 2 weeks just for title to get a recorded deed back from county)

Real estate can be lucrative but this is a perfect example of the grit that is required to make a deal happen.

Through perseverance, determination and hard work we were able to get this deal to the finish line!
