Winter weather is coming to Houston and the surrounding areas!

Forecasters are calling for winter weather with freezing temperatures and the strong possibility of winter precipitation, likely in the form of snow. ❄️Houston has the real likely chance of an extreme winter storm Monday night thru Wednesday. You need to prepare accordingly.

Preparations should be made today and tomorrow. Your last chance will be Sunday, but it will likely be windy and cold just not yet freezing.
❄️ cover your sensitive plants
❄️ drain and shut off your sprinkler systems
❄️ wrap your outside faucets and exposed pipes
❄️ move potted plants inside or cover them
❄️ make sure pets are safe and have warm enclosure.

Travel will likely be very dangerous and difficult once the winter precipitation starts. Please follow trusted news and weather sources to get most up to date information.
