As Culture Map reports, the average median sale price was $347,990 which is high for Houston but a lot better than the average median prices in other cities like San Jose, California with the median sale price of $1.734 million.

There are many excuses that we can put on why we don’t do what we need to do, but one of the biggest reasons that holds us back is, fear.

Fear of failing, fear of being not good enough, and so on. But in our opinion, fear is just a temporary feeling that is cured by action. Take action and do something that scares you because you’ll never progress if you’re just on stand by.

Almost half of homebuyers found their real estate through a referral. So, whether you’re at your kids soccer game, birthday party or a family reunion tell people you’re a real estate agent. Make posts about in on your social media and tell everyone to share your contact information. 👀

You never know who is on the market to buy a home and more than likely they’ll go to you if you’re a referred but someone they trust. 😉
