Here are my top 5 spots to get a great cup of coffee in the Tomball and Spring area. What do you think... Did I get this list right?

1. Collective Houston - I’m currently obsessed with this place. It’s a gorgeous coffee shop and Pilates studio combined…brilliant! I’m taking their hot mat pilates on Wednesday and reward myself with a strawberry matcha afterwards.

2. HONOR SOCIETY COFFEE CO. - This is a classic for me in Old Tomball. Great coffee and an outdoor patio that’s the perfect working spot. My go-to is the Salty Texan. It’s good hot or cold.

3. THIRD GEN COFFEE - I always pop in here when I’m in the Spring/Woodlands area. Their iced americano and chai lattes are my favorites. And if I run out the door that morning, I’ll grab one of their breakfast bagel sandwiches.

4. Re:Bar Cafe & Juicestillery - Another strong contender in Old Tombal 💯. I love the little Harry Potter vibes and aesthetic they have going on in here. And don’t get me started on the Womlette – so good.

5. Ome Calli Café - Located in the Woodlands, this is my Sunday staple. Their menu is very organic and clean, and my favorite drink here is the Salted Maple. Organic soy milk, espresso, organic Himalayan salt, and organic maple syrup.

Since I’m on the road so much, I love a good coffee shop for a caffeine kick or pit stop to get some work done. Drop your favorite coffee shop in Tomball, Spring, or the Woodlands below, and I’ll check them out! 👇

This is how many times people saw my social media last year. As far as I know, I am the only agent in Tomball who does this kind of marketing.

Many of the ads I run on social media aren’t even about me—they promote my listings, or help me find homes for my buyers.

The truth is, I get my sellers more exposure on their listings than any other agent and frankly, unless I promoted their house on Highway 249, a billboard would not even get that kind of reach around here.

So, I tell you that my ads were seen 1.2 million times last year not to brag, but to be real with you that using an agent with an exclusive marketing strategy will help get more exposure to your property than any other agent in Tomball. And it’s important to me that you know that.

When I work with clients, I don’t aim to just help them buy or sell a house. I’m all about creating a lasting relationship and making sure you feel a part of something bigger. I don’t get to the closing table and say goodbye, I stay connected. I love watching you turn your house into a home, celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, watching your kids grow up, and helping you decide if and when making a move is ideal when the time comes.

That’s honestly why I love hosting client events. For those that know me, they know I LOVE throwing a good party. It’s my way of giving back to the families that give me their trust and confidence. And it’s a tiny way I can make the Tomball area feel more like home for your family. ❤️

1) Buyers looking for a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Montgomery County. Preferably the Woodforest area. Budget up to $500K

2) Buyer looking for a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with an office and theater or game room. Preferably in Tomball, Cypress, or Creekside areas. Ideally no older than 10 years but also not interested in new construction. Budget up to $900K

3) Buyer looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Conroe. Must be a single-story home with a low-maintenance yard. Budget up to $350K

4) Buyer looking for a single-family home in the Champions area and looking to renovate over time. Must have at least 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with an office space or 4th bedroom to convert to an office.

I’m so excited for May 16th! 👀

I'm honored to host my clients and friends for a private event at The Bluebonnet Tasting Room here in Tomball. If you haven’t been to the Bluebonnet yet, you have to check this place out. Their tasting room specializes in the best of Texas wines and the atmosphere is beautiful! ✨

This is one of my favorite ways to give back to my clients and stay in touch. And I can’t think of a much better way of catching up than over wine and charcuterie.

Everyone will receive their own flight and charcuterie board, and will be entered into some great raffles sponsored by Creed Home Services, Riverway Title Company, and Anchor Home Loans.

It’s going to be a beautiful night filled with friends, fellowship, and some of the best families I’ve been blessed to help here in the Tomball area.
