Did you know that the fines for misrepresenting a service animal has gone up? Violators now face up to $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service! Thank you, Texas, for protecting service animals! Anyone dealing with this issue will tell you about the massive number of fake service animal documents we see constantly. That is NOT ok! From restaurant owners to landlords, this new law will cause violators to think twice before submitting fake documentation.
