Today was closing day for my buyer/friend who relocated from out of state.

Sis.. we made it to the table. I ‘m genuinely happy for you. Finding the home that fit you took patience, and we stayed steady even when it felt like the process was testing every nerve. That first contract falling apart had you in a spin, and I get it. But God came through just like He always does. That first house wasn’t your home, and we had to walk that out until the right one opened up. And look at you now— keys in hand, already planning paint colors and adding personal touch’s.

Buying an older home you get solid bones, real craftsmanship, larger rooms, bigger lots, mature trees and character all what you asked for.
