Motherhood has been the heart behind every chapter of my life. ❤️

Over the years, I’ve worn many titles, faced challenges, celebrated accomplishments, and experienced so much growth — but being a mom has always been my greatest blessing and biggest motivation.

Through every long day, career change, sacrifice, and milestone, my children have been my reason to keep going and continue building a better future.

From searching for a rental… to closing on their first home 🏡🎉

When my clients first reached out, they were looking to lease because they didn’t think buying was possible. They weren’t familiar with the process and were concerned about qualifying, down payment, and closing costs.

After a few showings, I asked them what was holding them back — and we scheduled a buyer consultation to go over everything step by step.

From there, I connected them with a trusted lender and by the following weekend… we were already touring homes.

They found the perfect one and we were able to:
✔️ Secure down payment assistance
✔️ Negotiate $13,500 in closing costs paid by the seller
