Oftentimes, the best properties and deals are the ones that aren't even on the market, as was the case with this one in Montgomery County. The buyer wanted the perfect oversized lot that didn't exist on the market to build their dream compound. Since it wasn't available, we got creative and made it happen with a property that wasn't listed for sale. If you're not seeing what you want on the normal housing sites, it doesn't mean it's not out there or that I can't find it for you.
