I have been thinking a lot about health lately.

Not in a motivational way.
In a very practical business way.

Because your body is part of your operating system.

Your sleep affects your decisions.
Your stress affects your communication.
Your energy affects your leadership.
Your nervous system affects how you respond when something goes wrong.

For years, I could push through almost anything.

The asset is built through everything that happens after the acquisition.

The strategy.
