A strong student housing operation starts with people who know how to adapt, problem-solve, and lead.

Meet William Parker, a Regional Supervisor at Tarantino Properties who supports our student housing communities.

Since joining Tarantino in March 2026, William has strengthened our student housing operations through hands-on leadership, strategic leasing support, and team development.

One accomplishment he’s particularly proud of is the recent leasing season at Edge on Washington. By refining the leasing strategy and working closely with the onsite team, William helped the property achieve its leasing goals well ahead of schedule and finish the season fully leased.

For William, that variety is exactly what makes student housing rewarding.
“I enjoy the variety and problem solving that comes with student housing. No two days look the same, whether it's leasing strategy, resident relations, or working through property transitions.”

Outside of work, William enjoys exploring Houston’s restaurant scene, road trips, spending time outdoors, and college football. And, of course, Go Dawgs!

Strong property operations begin with empowered teams equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.

Recently, our Tarantino Properties team came together for Budget Boot Camp, an interactive training session designed to strengthen the skills and processes that support successful property operations.

The program covered key topics including accounting best practices, budget preparation, OneSite navigation, and income and expense entry. Team members had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge, collaborate with peers, ask questions, and prepare confidently for the upcoming budgeting season.

A special thank you to everyone who participated and to the team members who generously shared their expertise throughout the day. By investing in the growth and development of our people, we strengthen the service, performance, and value we deliver to our properties and clients.
