Mountain top moment!
You know that feeling when you’re on top of the world and you can see your dreams come together; I was able to experience that feeling vicariously through my clients yesterday. I came in and they were already busy cleaning and preparing their gorgeous new home. Dreaming of their first little boy celebrating Easter next year in their large backyard.

THIS is why I became a realtor, to help people achieve and experience these moments. It makes my heart full to know that I can help people I care about, because I get to know each of my clients personally through this process. It truly is a privilege to have my client’s trust and I don’t say that lightly.

Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

I am beyond happy to have helped a long time friend find the lot of her dreams! She will be building her forever home in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of amenities including horse trails, boat ramps, and nature trails. This lot is close to Lake Houston but still has the convenience of shopping right around the corner. I was able to negotiate this deal down by $32,500!!! On top of that the seller provided approved plans for a 3,610 sqft home.

I can’t wait to see the beautiful house come together this year! Congratulations to them and thank you for allowing me to negotiate on your behalf!
