Day 4 of and I have yo be honest. I felt like s**t this morning and didn't want to do my workout. I haven't exercised regular in 10 years and my body is beat. Thank you to !! I listened to MFCEO304 4xs this morning driving to the gym and during my workout, I told my excuses and bitching to **U and did thr work.
