A lot of people in Houston think they’re YEARS away from buying a house…Meanwhile they’re paying $2k-$3k every month in rent (which is basically mortgage already), renewing leases every year, and making somebody else richer 😭

Truth is…a lot of people are more qualified than they think, because you DON’T need 20% down payment, 800 credit score, 2 years on the SAME job, and damn sure don’t need to have your entire life altogether to buy a house here!

The biggest mistake people make is assuming, instead of actually talking to a professional that knows what he’s doing and talking about. So before you count yourself out prematurely…at least explore your options first. Call/text me first 832-955-8008

I can’t believe how many people live in Houston but still don’t know that:

❌ You DON’T need 20% down payment
❌ You DON’T need perfect credit
❌ You DON’T need 2 years at the same job
❌ You DON’T need a crazy high salary

…just to buy a house here!

Meanwhile, people are out here buying homes with WAY less than most renters expect.

Houston is honestly one of the most buyer-friendly major cities in the country if you actually understand the programs, incentives, and strategies available.

The problem is most people are getting advice from:
• people who’ve never bought a home
• outdated internet myths
• People who like talking just to sound smart but actually don’t know nothing about nothing
• or agents/lenders who barely educate their clients

I’ve helped people who thought they were “nowhere near ready” buy homes within 30 - 45 days, and they always testify that the process was nowhere as challenging as they always thought.

Sometimes the difference between renting for another 5 years vs owning a home this year is simply having the right team and the right information.
