Because you got preapproved for $750,000 doesn’t mean you have to buy a $750,000 house!

The lender tells you what you can qualify for…your budget determines what you can comfortably afford. So before you choose your price range, be sure to factor in the full monthly payment, utilities, maintenance, lifestyle, commitments, savings, emergencies, etc

Buy the house that gives you peace…not the one that leaves you house-poor and would have you working 5 12 hr shifts weekly just to keep up.
