Your next 4th of July celebration could be this awesome! Our family stayed at my listing on Crystal Beach this week to celebrate. What an amazing property, and equally amazing vacation!

It is a short walk to the beach for fun in the sun and to set off fireworks, or you can just enjoy the views from one of two decks! I felt like the beach was putting on a show just for us. This great property is perfect for multi-family vacationing with a kitchen on the second and third floors. The added bonus, this home has an elevator! Because let’s face it, nobody wants to walk up and down flights of stairs 10 times a day while you’re trying to relax.

If you’re looking for a fabulous primary home steps from the beach, a second home with income-producing potential or just an investment property, this is the place for you!

SCHEDULE YOUR CURBSIDE HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE PICKUP
As part of League City's new contract with AmeriWaste, residential customers can participate in two curbside Household Hazardous Waste pickup events each year.

For the summer 2023 event, residential customers *only* must call AmeriWaste at 281-585-3200 to be added to the curbside pickup list. You have from June 1 to June 15 to call and add your address to the list.

👉AmeriWaste will only be accepting televisions, electronics, microwaves, and appliances. More items will be accepted at the Hometown Heroes HHW event on August 26.👈

Curbside pickup of household hazardous waste will happen in the third and fourth weeks of June, and AmeriWaste will notify residents by phone of their pickup date.
