The City of Houston Park Ten Wastewater Treatment Plant Project has restarted. Underground construction projects are difficult, and this one has been particularly complex as so many important pipelines run just beneath the surface of our major intersections.

Nowhere is this clearer than along Eldridge and Park Row where we expect traffic impacts to continue until the work is completed in summer 2025. To help keep things moving, we want to encourage our stakeholders to consider using either Highway 6 or Dairy Ashford for north/south travel and avoid Eldridge between Park Ten and Memorial.
