When you're ready to buy a home. Make sure your Realtor is knowledgeable about VA Loans and how to be help you get the benefits you've earned.

What Are the Qualifications for Obtaining a VA Loan?
Generally, if you have completed at least 90 days of active service during wartime,
OR
you have at least 6 years of service either in the Reserves or National Guard,
OR
you have served at least 181 days of active service during peacetime,
OR
you're the spouse of a military service member who has either died in the line or duty, or as a result of a service-related disability.

When applying for a loan, you'll be asked to provide many financial documents. But what does the lender want to see?
