Local Investors Offering Real Solutions

We a group of local investors here in Houston, an association if you will. We all buy houses, we all renovate them, either to rent out or resell (flip). We run in herds, sharing our expertise, and marketing costs, in order to leverage our collective experience in the market. There is nobody in our group that has not renovated, flipped or rented a property here in town, and that is the how we will keep it. When we step into your house and give you an offer, we want you to know that we are able to follow through on our end of the agreement.

We aren’t the biggest home buyers in Houston, and we also are not one of those guys out tacking bandit signs on telephone poles. But we are accomplished and experienced, and we’re actively buying houses -- primarily on the westside of town, but in other areas as well.
