I’m on my way to list a townhome in a very special community. It’s the same community where my mom lived after downsizing from her home and selling her rental properties. She chose a townhome there because she wanted a simpler lifestyle with less maintenance. It became such a meaningful place for her, and for us at it is there that my children had many sleepovers with grandma, and also where I taught them how to swim as toddlers.

Woohoo! Wrapping up the week with another new construction home officially under contract! 🎉🏡

After a lot of negotiating and back-and-forth, I secured a HUGE discount off the sales price, negotiated several valuable extras, and locked in additional funds toward my client’s closing costs. Oh, and did I mention the LOW fixed interest rate?!
