💬 Shout-out time! 🎉
As Realtor Barbie, I’ve worked with a lot of lenders over the years—but I can confidently say that Russell Preston with Hometrust Mortgage is one of the best in the business.

💯 I’ve worked with Russell for 15 years, and one thing has never changed:
👉 He always puts the buyer first. Every time. No shortcuts. No excuses.

Russell works nights, weekends, and gives 150% to every transaction.
If there’s a better deal out there for your buyer—he’ll fight to match it. And if he can’t, he’ll still review the fine print to make sure your client isn't being hit with hidden fees somewhere else.

👏 He’s not just about closing the deal—he’s about doing what’s right for the client.
That’s the kind of lender you want in your corner—every single time.

📞 Need a lender you can trust?
Call Russell Preston with Hometrust Mortgage at 281.236.5997.
You’ll be glad you did!

📉 In a Buyer’s Market, Price is EVERYTHING 🏡

Overpricing your home? That’s a fast track to crickets, not contracts. 🦗
In today’s market, buyers are savvy — and they’re calling the shots. If your home sits overpriced, it’ll just sit... and sit... and sit. 😬

That’s why Realtor Barbie keeps it real with a smart, honest pricing strategy that gets results — not empty promises.

🚨 PSA: Realtor Barbie doesn’t just do waterfront. 💅🏼
Yes, I can sell you a dreamy canal-front home where your boat sleeps better than you do. 🚤 But let’s not forget—I was born on Galveston Island, raised in Galveston County, started my real estate hustle in Pearland, and spent 28 years running things in League City. 💁‍♀️
