The home buying process is a tedious journey, and a Realtor is a great guide to have throughout the process. enjoy helping families and individuals to meet their goals, desires and vision for their life or business. In the most recent past I was challenged with the task to not only help a family come out of the face of an eviction, a period of homelessness and sadly, a 2nd bout of homelessness after staying in an apartment in between.
There were times that I watched the Dad weep out of frustration, while the mom distracted herself with her babies. There was another time where I had to face and deliver crushing news about either a landlord’s news of denying their application or a seller accepting another offer on a home. Finally with tremendous help from a family member decided to step in and they were able to rent a small space from him for 2 years to get out of the slump they endured. Now, they’ve finally bought their own home and are going continue to invest in more properties; both residential and commercial projects. 😉
