What makes this story especially meaningful is that it started over a year ago when I had the privilege of helping Kyle purchase his first home. Fast forward to this year, and his parents, Chris and Mandy, reached out to me with a new goal: purchase the land they had been dreaming about in New Braunfels and sell their current home quickly while maximizing their equity.
