What a month! A shifting market, new challenges, exciting opportunities, and so much to be grateful for!

With new construction, the best deal isn’t always the lowest price. Builder incentives can mean rate buydowns, closing cost assistance, and other savings that can make a BIG difference in your monthly payment, and also big reductions as year end it’s approaching fast!

I’ve already had several families I’ve helped move to the area with children attending Arnold, and after touring the school with some of my clients, I was truly impressed by the teachers, the staff, and everything they’re creating for our kids.
