So happy for Reanna, Kelvin and their family!

We’ve been working together since April, exploring different communities and finding the right place for their move to the Houston area. In the end, Woodson’s Reserve felt like home!

We found them a beautiful home on a 60’ cul-de-sac lot with no back neighbors AND secured almost $90K in upgrades and $85K in incentives! 🙌🏻

But for me, it’s never just about finding a beautiful home. I always look at the bigger picture, location, price, lot, value and future potential, because I want my clients to feel confident they’re making a great investment too.

Proud to have represented EcoDecor USA in the purchase of the property that will become their future U.S. headquarters.

As a client of the brand myself, my husband and I became genuine fans of EcoDecor and proudly chose their products for our own home. To now play a role in this milestone—helping secure the property that will support EcoDecor’s continued expansion across the United States through franchise growth, distribution, and operations from the Houston area—is incredibly meaningful.

The moment this property came on the market, we knew it was a rare opportunity. Since Tatiana and Chris already owned the property next door, acquiring this one would allow them to nearly double their footprint and bring an even bigger vision to life. Despite strong competition, we moved quickly, negotiated strategically, and successfully secured the property.

This wonderful family found me through Instagram with a dream of relocating to North Houston. Their priorities were clear: great schools for their three kids, a home with a pool, a large backyard, and preferably a newer home.

We toured several homes virtually until this one became available. They never met me in person or saw the home in person until today, when I had the privilege of handing them the keys.

Seeing their faces, and especially their kids’ excitement when they walked into their new home, saw the pool, and realized this new chapter was finally beginning, was incredibly rewarding.

Whether it’s a lease or a purchase, helping someone find the right home is always a huge responsibility. My commitment is to honor the trust my clients place in me with care, integrity, and reliability every step of the way.
