🏡 From renters… to homeowners. And this is exactly why choosing the right Realtor matters.

Back in February, what started as a simple rental showing turned into one of the most rewarding home-buying journeys I’ve been part of. Susan & Paul put their trust in me, and together we searched for months to find the perfect townhome near the Heights so they could stay close to the hospitals where they both serve our community.

If you’ve been following my stories, you’ve probably seen every rooftop townhome we toured. We looked at a lot but we were never willing to settle.

Buying a home isn’t just about opening doors. It’s about knowing what you’re looking at before you ever pay for an inspection. Throughout our search, I pointed out potential concerns like aging HVAC systems, foundation movement, flooring issues, and other red flags so they could make informed decisions. Because of that, they only had to go under contract once and now they’re officially homeowners! 🙌🏾

UNDER CONTRACT ✨

This one feels special.

We started this journey thinking leasing was the best route, but after really sitting down, analyzing numbers, goals, lifestyle, and what they truly wanted long term, buying made more sense and honestly gave them so much more of what they were looking for.

This process has been intentional from day one. No rushing. No forcing a deal just to say we got under contract. Just strategy, patience, education, and making sure my buyers felt confident every step of the way.

Now we officially have a home under contract and so far, the terms are very fair for my buyers and they are genuinely happy with how everything came together.

Now comes the real dissecting phase. Inspections, negotiations, due diligence, and making sure this home is truly the right fit under the hood.

Terrace Point Drive in Missouri City is officially leased and this one meant a lot.
