An early to the first open house I ever held. I absolutely loved setting up and meeting everyone who came that day. I realize the pandemic has made some weary of letting strangers into their house but there are still several pros to holding an open house.
1) Can Attract Buyers Who May Not Know How To Start The Home Buying Process
2) Allow For Additional Exposure
3) Allow Buyers To Not Feel Pressured
