We got this home under contract in just 10 days (while the neighborhood average is closer to 70 👀). I also negotiated a FREE 2-month leaseback, so they can stay put while their new construction home finishes AND their kids wrap up the school year—one smooth move instead of two 🙌

After inspections, instead of tackling a long repair list, we negotiated it down to just $1,000 in concessions 💪

Now we’re onto the fun part—helping them close on their new construction home (and yes… I’ve negotiated hard on that side too 😉)
