One thing a lot of relocation buyers don’t realize at first is how much the overall lifestyle fit can completely change what they think they want.

We’ve had buyers start their Houston home search focused on one specific area or type of house… and then after touring different suburbs, they realize the community feel, commute, amenities, trails, shopping, restaurants, or overall atmosphere matters just as much as the house itself.
