👋🏾Haven't posted in awhile. So much has been happening. We've done a few small projects. I became a Realtor, so we can help more families reach their real estate goals. It has been a wonderful journey filled with difficulties, long nights, shortages on materials, closing delays, etc, BUT God seen us through them ALL. 🙌🏾All glory to God for the past five years and what is to come.

To all of our vendor partners. Thank you for being a part of our journey. We are blessed to know you❣️

So excited to keep serving others whether it is providing knowledge, referrals, purchasing a home or selling a home!💯

We are still, "Offering the solutions you need, so you can SOAR!"

Same angle. Different view. Expanding the footprint of this bathroom was definitely a value add. Remember to always count the cost cause if it don't make dollars, then it don't make sense! 💯

There is a lot going on in the world today. A lot that would seemingly mean we should be afraid all the time, but NO!! Fear not! Now is not the time to panic; STAY FOCUSED and WORK THE PLAN!! 💪🏾

Toured some model homes coming to the area to get some inspiration for our next flip. Design doesn't have to be expensive, but it should add value. Yea white and gray is easier, but if you can spice it up without increasing cost. Go for it! (reasonably speaking)

Knowledge. Knowledge. Knowledge. It's so important. File your exemptions and protest your taxes. You can do it yourself or hire someone. If you read this article and have no idea what is being talked about please reach out.

The Harris County Appraisal District says the 2022 market value for homes is unprecedented. Most homeowners in the area will see the increase through property taxes.
