Sold! In the beautiful neighborhood of Sienna in Missouri City!
This Coast Guard family sold their home 🏡 via VA loan assumption.
They sold their home to a NON-VA buyer.
Yes, this can be done. 🤯
BUT, the VA entitlement stays with the home until future sale or refinance. Our clients were OK with this because both husband and wife have VA loan entitlement.
So they were able to sell their home quickly, while still having the ability to buy 0% down in the future if they choose.
