Big news for Birmingham! 🏡

Park Street Homes and Community Development is proud to move forward with a new housing development following approval from the Birmingham City Council.

The project will bring 31 new single-family homes to the former Hill School site, including 11 affordable homes—transforming vacant land into new opportunities for homeownership and helping strengthen the surrounding community.

This $1 million investment represents more than new construction. It’s about revitalizing neighborhoods, expanding access to quality housing, and investing in Birmingham’s future.
