Where people choose to live has become far more intentional. For some, that looks like a slower pace and more land. For others, it is walkability, access to the outdoors, or the flexibility of a second home that allows them to spend time differently throughout the year.

Houston’s spring market is showing renewed momentum, and the shift is creating opportunity on both sides of the transaction.

With home sales and pending activity trending upward this spring, buyers are re-entering the market with more confidence, while sellers are benefiting from increased engagement and motivated demand. At the same time, rising inventory is giving buyers more choices and slightly more negotiating room than we’ve seen in recent years.
