The list price is only one part of the conversation.

Depending on the property, market conditions, inspection findings, financing, and the seller's priorities, there may be opportunities to negotiate much more than just the purchase price. Closing cost assistance, repairs, interest rate buydowns, home warranties, possession timelines, and other terms can all play an important role in creating a strong offer.

Every home and every transaction is unique. The key is knowing what to ask for, when to ask, and how to structure an offer that aligns with your goals while remaining attractive to the seller.

The Woodlands is one of those places.

School is right around the corner, and every child deserves to start the year with the supplies they need to succeed. 💙📚✏️

One of our favorite traditions each year is supporting Interfaith of The Woodlands’ School Supply Drive, and we’re so grateful to share that The Jacci Group was able to provide school supplies for 25 local students this year! 🎉

The need is still great, and there’s still time to make a difference. Interfaith has created an Amazon Wishlist to make donating easy, and every backpack, notebook, and box of crayons helps a local child walk into their classroom with confidence.
