Just in case you dropped by: I am no longer doing physical staging. I will do consultations regarding staging. I also am leaving this site up so I can refer Real Estate Clients to this page to see how I staged a number of properties which enhanced the salability of the properties, so clients can see what we need to do to stage their property to sell!

WalknTalk Consultation. What is it? Stellar Staging Group offers this service to Realtors for their clients or to Sellers directly.

A WalknTalk Consultation is where we meet with the Seller and walk through their home from the front curb to the back fence, room by room, and make recommendations on what the Seller should do to stage their own home to get the best price and draw their target buyer and to sell quickly!

Stellar Staging Group's WalknTalk Service is furnished to their clients by a number of agents as a part of their Listing Package.

I know you haven't heard much from me the last few weeks but I have been busy selling all my staging decor and accessories.

I am still using my experience, training and knowledge in doing WalknTalk consultations and Occupied Stagings. I won't be doing vacants but I can direct you to a good qualified experienced stager for those.

Please keep me in mind for consultations for you and your clients!
