I walked through the neighborhood of my clients' future home yesterday. I talked to many neighbors. They were all very friendly. They all said it is a very good and quiet neighborhood. I met an elderly lady, whose name is Su, who's been living there for 9 years. She said everything was very quiet. Also there was a young couple, who just moved in for a little more than a year. The young husband's name was Zach. He was having a quick lunch at home before going back to work, but was kind enough to give me a few minutes to ask him questions. I am ecstatic for my clients' future move into this neighborhood in Katy, Texas.
