Harvest Reds Collection - $79
3-pack of red wines, includes 1 bottle of each:

1. Bon Ton Napa Valley Red Blend – A smooth, lush red with layers of ripe red and black fruits, wrapped in velvety tannins. Perfect with everything from roasted turkey to pasta dishes.

2. Redentore Refosco – This unique Italian red wine from the Veneto region has the perfect depth and acidity to pair beautifully with rich Thanksgiving dishes, from roasted meats to flavorful sides. Refosco, a red grape that you may not have heard of, is a sommelier favorite!

3. Corazon Del Sol Cabernet Franc – This single-vineyard Cabernet Franc, grown 3,800 feet up in the Andes, is complex and well-structured. Aged 15 months in French oak, it offers elegant tannins, with rich aromas of jam, red peppers, and to***co, and a full-bodied finish..

Thanksgiving Gather Trio - $79
This set includes 1 bottle of each:

1. Bichot Crémant de Bourgogne Sparkling Rosé – A vibrant sparkling wine from Burgundy, perfect as an aperitif or to toast the holiday. Expect a lively bouquet of berries with a hint of citrus, fine bubbles, and refreshing notes of strawberry. 

2. Groiss White Blend - A traditional Austrian white crafted from a field blend, called a Gemischter Satz, the grapes are co-planted, harvested, and fermented together, resulting in a harmonious and complex wine. With bright citrus notes, refreshing acidity, and a hint of minerality, it’s a versatile and refreshing choice—perfect for a range of dishes or simply enjoying on its own!

3. Aisling Vineyard Pinot Noir - A Sonoma Pinot Noir from sustainably farmed Los Carneros grapes. Aged 12 months in French oak, it offers earthy aromas with flavors of sour cherry and dark plum. Awarded 94 points by Wine Enthusiast, it’s a full yet light-bodied wine with a savory finish.

If you're a fan of Pinot Grigio, give Soave (“swah-vay”) a try! 🇮🇹 This Italian white has fresh, crisp flavors of peach, citrus, and melon with subtle floral aromas that will whisk you away to the hillside vineyards of Italy. Unlike Pinot Grigio, this wine takes its name from the small medieval town of Soave, located in Veneto in the province of Verona. Garganega 🍇is the primary grape variety.

It is lovely as an aperitif or paired with pasta, risotto and seafood. Look for those labeled “Soave Classico” or “Soave Colli Scaligeri”, as these come from the best, high-quality soils with more restricted yields, leading to a more concentrated flavor profile.

This Soave Classico has been in constant rotation at our house this summer and can be found at HEB here in Houston for only $15.
