Just got back from 3 days at Tom Ferry's Success Summit 2026 in Anaheim, and my brain is still processing everything. 📝

A few things that really stuck with me:
📊 Your "sleeping" database isn't dead; it's just dormant. One follow-up call can bring a stalled deal back to life.

🤖 AI is officially part of the everyday toolkit now — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity all came up more than once. Feels like the industry is shifting fast.

⏱️ Loved this one: the Buyback Audit. 15 minutes every Monday — list what you did last week, tag each task Delegate / Automate / Eliminate, and keep only what only you can do.

🏡 But honestly, my favorite session had nothing to do with real estate strategy at all. It was about why people hang onto their stuff — the guilt, the "the kids don't want it," the "it's just easier to stay where we are." It reminded me that every move is really about a story, not just a transaction.

Grateful for the time to step back, learn, and think about this business a little differently. 🙏
