Westside Park opened yesterday!! How often does a city not only get a new park, but this is now the city’s LARGEST park - almost 100 acres bigger than Piedmont Park. It was such a cool vibe getting to explore the trails knowing that this is a brand new park to everyone there. It definitely felt like a massive Christmas present. ❤️❤️❤️

Living inside the Loop can be dense and congested ... that's why the InTown Homes Cottage Grove Lake community is such a gem! It was a joy getting to help this couple find and purchase their first home, and negotiating the purchase price down to exactly what it ended up appraising for (thus eliminating the need for my client to bring more cash to closing).
