Hi this is Elizabeth Cencini making a big announcement.

So I just want to let you know that this page will be inactive due to the new page that was formed Called Elizabeth Cencini - Compass Houston

I will post a link in the comments section.

The reason I made a new page was something of a choice due to not being able to change the name here on Facebook and also because a lot of the branding here was Houston Top Realty and RE/MAX.

So what are my thought on moving to Compass?

Well I joined on October of 2025 after 10 years with the same brokerage and its been very much more than I had expected.

Our entire brokerage made the switch to Compass and its been very beneficial.

I have figured out most of their CRM which is one of the most advanced tools because Compass is the leader in real estate technology.

The Compass tools have AI installed and they help you serve your clients much better than any brokerage I have seen.

I have access to a few tools right now that are beating out the competition.

One is the "make me sell" offer to sellers sitting on the fence.

We have an internal database that connects with everyone in Compass that says we will connect you with another Compass agent if we locate a buyer at your price in your neighborhood.

That means you never go on market its all done in privacy.

Second we have tools to see how many buyers are actively looking.

This one is a tool I love to show during the listing presentations because it even shows how many in your area at your price range.

Then there is a 3 level marketing strategy.

Imagine selling and showing off your property to buyers on Redfin a portal of 50 mil plus views a day and thats before it collects days on market and one of my favorite parts of being at Compass is their partnerships not only with Redfin but with Rocket Mortgage.

That means if a buyer decided to shop at Rocket and use a Compass agent they will get advantages in their loan to help them with the possibility of a lower rate and closing costs.

Its a win for buyer plus sellers.
