Thank you to everyone who made it to our pre 4th of July Celebration. Thank you to The Gardens at Spring Shadows for providing delicious shredded BBQ sandwiches and Ice Cream. Also, thank you to Brookdale Senior Living for providing wonderful cupcakes and cookies for our event. The Georgian will continue to provide the best service as everyone relocates to there new residence. We will miss you all!

The Georgian would like to wish Everyone Happy Holidays! We have a display of popcorn and chocolate treat bags in the courtyard please feel free to take some. Cookies and hot chocolate are in the front office!

Residents had a great time at the Holiday Potluck. We had a Holiday smoked ham and Holiday deep fried turkey along with tons of bingo fun! Thank you to all who were able to attend we hope to see you at our next event!

We urge those impacted to continue to follow the advisories issued by local authorities and to contact 911 if you need emergency medical or evacuation assistance. Dear Residents,

We hope this email finds you and your loved ones safe and sound. For those that are not in the Houston area, The Georgian is relatively dry. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same for the surrounding areas. The streets and access roads are flooded making it impossible to leave or return to The Georgian.

Currently, we do have maintenance personnel (Carlos) on site. We will address your service requests as soon as it is safe for team member and vendors to safely travel to the property. Please continue to report your issues through our portal and we will address them as quickly as possible based on urgency.

PLEASE NOTE: We have had several reports for gutter leaks throughout the building. Please understand, there is nothing that can be done until the rains subsides.

The weather forecast anticipates several more days of rain making it difficult for supplies to be replenished. We want everyone to remain as comfortable as possible.
