Your home will be advertised on the Multiple Listing Service, providing you with several types of exposure to attract as many buyers as possible. Also, when you list with me, I produce custom designed flyers and direct mail postcards to bring as much attention to your home as possible. My goal is to help you find the home that meets your family’s needs. I will guide you through the home buying process, (not just show you homes), as well as assist you in obtaining financing and advise you in making an offer on a home. I will assist you in scheduling inspections, surveys, appraisals, and ensure close follow up with lenders and title companies, as well as numerous other aspects of your transaction, working closely with both you and me throughout the entire process. This allows you the time and peace of mind to deal with the other aspects of moving.
