There are several factors to consider when it comes to making this kind of decision — so here’s a list of pros and cons to make things easier :)

Pros of hiring a real estate agent:
- They’re trained professionals, so they have the necessary negotiating skills to get you the best price.
- They’ll get your property sold as quickly as possible — saving you time and money in the long run.
- You won’t be as stressed, so you can focus on more important matters — like packing for your move.
- And, of course: they handle all the paperwork!

Cons of hiring a real estate agent:
- You may have to do extensive research to find the right agent for you.
- You have to pay for an agent’s services — usually in the form of commission.
- They often have several other clients, so you may not have their full attention 100% of the time.
