When you’re in sales, it’s not uncommon to feel like other sales men and women in your field are your competition. So instead of surrounding yourself with them, you avoid them because of your own insecurities or past experiences of being avoided and shunned by them when you only wanted to learn from the best of them in the beginning of your career. But it’s a new day with a new mindset. 🤔

Introducing the 2022 Texas Realtors Leadership Program (TRLP) students. We spent the last two days deconstructing under the coaching brilliance of Verl Workman in order to rebuild our own real estate brilliance for ourselves and for our teams. With the willingness and compassion to share what we now know with other salesmen and women in our field, unselfishly and without the threat that they are our competition, but moreover, with the mindset that they are our CROWD. And we can ALWAYS learn from the the “Wisdom of the Crowd.” 🦋💋
