One more reason why being a business owner and Real Estate professional continues to be so rewarding.

I received a text message about one of my listings. The message was requesting a showing at my active listing.
When I arrived to show the listing, I met a wonderful couple who did not have an agent. Once I had given the tour and thoroughly answered all their questions, they stated that they had a few more homes in their list to see. I politely asked if they would like to share their list to see if I could connect with any other listing agent to get them in for a showing.

The next home they wanted to see was vacant. I made the suggestion that I would be willing to dive to listing and open the door for them.

Long story short, I was able to earn their trust by working at their pace.
We are now under contract on a contingency offer for their new home.

I only had 2 weeks to get their current home ready, listed, and under contract to satisfy the conditions of the contingency.

We are happy to report that all has been successful and we are under contract!
