Was it the cat?
The mailman?
A suspicious-looking contractor?

Hard to say. But one thing I do know… when something important goes missing in a house, humans get real dismayed real fast. 🏡

Ever read an inspection report and think, “Wow… that’s a lot of fancy words for ‘fix the thingy’?” 🤔🏠

Around here we try to keep things simple. If the roof leaks, we say the roof leaks. If the foundation cracks, we say the foundation cracks. And if Bruce starts reading too many dictionaries, suddenly everything has 12 different names and he needs a lozenge and a nap. 🐶📚

Let’s just say… someone around here recently developed the worst throat problem in the history of similar throat problems. 🤧

Moral of the story: whether it’s shingles, siding, or suspicious sounds in the attic, a good inspection should leave you in the know—not reaching for a dictionary.

And if Bruce starts chewing on books again… we’re switching him back to chew toys. 🦴
