🏡❤️ FROM MIDDLE SCHOOL HALLWAYS TO HOMEOWNERSHIP KEYS ❤️🏡

There are some closings that hit a little different.

Last Friday, I had the honor of helping my childhood friend Ed, his wife Estephany, and their son officially become homeowners for the very first time.

I’ve known Ed since we were kids, probably back in 6th or 7th grade. Back then, neither of us could have imagined we’d one day be standing in front of his family’s first home celebrating such a huge milestone.

What makes this story even better? They kept the entire process a secret from their son and surprised him on closing day. Watching his reaction and seeing the excitement on all their faces is something I won’t forget anytime soon.

UNDER CONTRACT 🏡🔥

Rudy & Monica are officially one step closer to homeownership and I couldn’t be happier for them. Their biggest must have was an oversized backyard and we made it happen 👏 Add in the open layout and this Lennar home checked all the boxes.

One of the coolest parts about this deal? They were referred to me by past clients… who were also referred to me by past clients. At this point my business is basically one giant family tree with contracts attached to it. Humanity surviving purely off trust and group chats. Incredible stuff.

Seriously though, I never take that trust lightly. Being able to help families, friends, cousins, coworkers, and everybody in between means the world to me.
