A lot of my best thinking happens during a workout, and when an idea comes, I hit record and go with it!

Today I found myself thinking about something I hear almost every day in real estate: "We're waiting for interest rates to come down".

Maybe that's the right move for some people, but just like with fitness, waiting for "perfect" conditions doesn't always lead to the best results.
