Whew! It's been a busy week with 3 CLOSINGS! 2022 is off to a great start!

It was such a pleasure helping Billie and Gerald find the perfect home on the nature preserve in BellaVita, with lots of friends for neighbors! We looked at a few homes over a few months and the right one came at just the right time!

It was a different story for Melissa and Josh. Melissa texted me on December 7 after seeing a home online that she liked in West Ranch. Within 6 days, we had executed a contract on that home, and staged, photographed, and sold their home in Friendswood Trails. We closed this week on both properties!

Congratulations to both families!! I sincerely appreciate the trust you placed in me to help you with your journeys to your dream homes!
